When making skincare products
with essential oils, aromatherapists use carrier oil as essential oils are very

suspension if desired, delivering many powerful and nutritious effects to the
process.
Essential oil and aromatherapist,
Hope Gillerman explains. "The various formulations of essential oils are
in vegetable oils, or what aromatherapists call 'carrier oils,'" he said.
"Essential oils mixed with carrier oil are ideal for exfoliation and
hydrotherapy (bath) as well as skincare for the face, body, hair, feet, and nail
bed."
Used alone or as a base in many
common skincare products, carrier oil is an ingredient due to its natural
composition. "Carrier oil is a fully functional ingredient in serums,
facial oils, moisturizing masks, cleansers, scrubs, creams, creams, lotions,
and balms," said Gillerman. "Unprocessed, spotless, crude oil that is
exposed to low temperatures retains the oils found in nuts, seeds, or
fruit." Common carrier oils include rosehip, jojoba, vitamin E, sunflower,
and coconut.

Check that area of the skin within 1-2 hours
for any visible reaction; usually, the reaction occurs within 5-10 minutes.
